Mirrors

I finally got my electric towing mirrors installed. These mirrors were negotiated at purchase to be put on the truck. Anyways... I was surprised to see that the dealer left me with the original electric heated mirrors after the swap was done. I want to put them on ebay to sell, but for the life of me, I can't find a reference to figure out a reasonable price. What are these things worth fellas?? (used with about 5,500 miles on em)

Well, the question is who would want them? Would anyone want to take off the big towing mirrors and put them on? Unlikely. The only market, IMO, is someone who busted a stock on off. Like the gal who cuts my hair. She's got an '02 1500 with a busted off right side mirror. Knocked the head right off of it. If you want to sell 'em, put 'em on ebay and let the bidders figure out the value.

Thanks for the advice fellas. Question... . do all 3Gs come with electric heated mirrors? I was thinking that these mirrors would be a great replacement for someone who purchased a 3G with non electric mirrors?

S. Thomas I too also have a set of the standard pwr/heated mirrors to get rid of. I thought I would ask the part's guy at the dealership what they cost new and then ask half that price. Also would like to know what year model Dodge's they would fit or adapt to.

You might try putting the 2 mirrors on ebay seperately. If someone has broken one, they'll only want to replace that one.



It might end up getting you more money that way, too.
