Mishimoto radiator

Who knows if the cooling system mainly the heater core is up to the task of the 19lbs radiator cap that comes with this mishimoto radiator ?
I wounder if anyone who has used this radiator, has had any problems with using the 19lbs cap that comes with the radiator (blown out heater core)
I have 470k on this 1st gen and the R-12 refrigerant still blows cold
Don't want to damage the heater core
System has never had any rust in the coolant.

I think you would be fine the stock gen 1 cap is around 16 lbs , you could just put a stock poundage cap if you like ,really all the cap pressure does is changes your boiling point
