Miss from time to time 2006

I have had a miss problem and a low fuel pressure code in the past (4 weeks ago) is there a check valve on the pressure pump at the engine. This comes and goes dealer is lost (imagine That). I installed a Air dog 100 clean the tank (not much Debri) and still have the problem ,it is worse in a load situation. Dealer has replaced one injector , i have installed new clutch and the air dog but same Problem is there. i am thinking it could be by passing fuel to give low pressure and flow.
