Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Missing Cam Bearings

In my 96 12 valve there is only 2 cam bearings and there should be 7 correct? There is only the front and the rear bearings. And this is really odd to me i do not how many there should be i would assume 7. I was told that the cam was never out of this motor and this is really pecular. I am also haveing trouble trying to locate replacement bearings any help would be greatly appreciated.

Genrally from the factory when new, they come with 1 in the front journal and none anywhere else. If any of the journals are worn beyond specs on a rebuild they are machined and a bearing is installed.
