Who's truck is this? Two weeks ago in Belton, Mo. Sitting at the Hy-Vee was a 98. 5 - 02 3500 CTD Red 4x4. This truck sticks out more so than mine in KC. It has been streched to a crew cab with the quad cab still there (total of 6 doors). Really neat looking truck, didnt have a TDR badge or anything on it. Just thought it was cool looking truck and one of a kind.

Almost every other diesel in the Springfield area is a Cummins but I don't think there are very many TDR members around. I know of 2 for sure and that is myself and Pitbull. Practically everyone that lives down the highway I live on has a CTD.

Not many of us

But hey we are mighty. I give out flyers all the time everytime I stop and talk to someone about by truck and they have a CTD I give them a flyer. But seems that whenever I go into Wal-Mart or Auto Zone or such and wife stays in the truck someone comes over to the truck and wants to know what size the wheels are or where we got them and I never get to talk to these guys. She has the info pretty well down, now though as she has been ask so many times. LOL I live near Joplin but come over to Springfield every once in a while whenever get the urge for Hemmingway's. Hope to see you on the road.

You will probably see me in Hemmingways eating breakfast. LOL I hunt and fish a bunch so I'm always at Bass Pro and their breakfast buffet is great.

Ah BREAKFAST??

I had seen that they have a breakfast buffet but haven't ever gotten over there in time for breakfast. It rushes us to get there by noon. LOL Maybe the next time we plan to get over there we can give you a holler and meet for a cup of coffee.

Patsy (Mrs. Jack) Jack doesn't do the computer just tells me what to post.

He is south of Springfield. I'm about 35 miles to the east. I have this problem of liking to hunt things so I bought a farm in the middle of the National forest. Now things come to me. LOL

sounds neat

What all do you hunt? I suppose you have lots of deer and turkey, we have lots of wild turkey in our yard, sometimes deer but not as often as the turkey. Jack has taken lots of pictures of all the turkey strutting around. We have 27 acres out in the country but not in a National Forest.

Patsy

I have 32 acres and it's bordered on 2 sides by the National Forest and on one side by a brother-in-law who has National forest land surrounding him also. The highway runs between my place and more National Forest land. I have deer and Turkey also. I use to duck and goose hunt when I lived in SE MO but I gave that up to become a Hillbilly. LOL I enjoy hunting but the Wife and I also enjoy feeding them and watching them. We are currently building a lake to stock for fishing and to give the ducks a place to stop by. And I'm turning an old hayfield into a huge food plot. We are going to put a picnic table and swingset down by the lake so we can go set in the evenings and feed the fish.

Just let me know when you guys want to meet and I will be there. :) I live on top of a hill halfway between Nixa and Clever off highway 14 about 1/4 mile from the bridge that crosses over the James river. We only have 4 1/2 acres and the land is all hills, not much level ground, mostly trees (also not much to mow :) ). We have about 12 deer that hang around and last year I saw a few turkey. Pretty much the normal wild life for this part of the country.

hey pit. . i was almost in your neck of the woods a week ago and forgot you were down there. I went to pick up one of my horses over in Rogersville on Hi 60.

Just thought I would throw that one in there.

Hopefully Jack's project is close to completion

You never know about him though. But maybe sometime the latter part of next week we will make it to Springfield.

Russell, looks like you and Jack only live a few miles from each other :) Patsy let all of us all know when you are headed this way and we can break some bread together. I am available all of the time and look forward to meeting other members.

Guess I need to take a look at map

I don't even know where Cleveland MO is located. I will let you know when we are coming down to Springfield. Patsy

Hannibal area

Between Hannibal and Monroe city on Hwy 36, last week a couple of afternoons around 5PM in a row I saw a black 2nd gen 3500, appeared to be a 4x4, and it had some BIG stacks and a tool box behind them. They looked to be 6" turnouts but could have been 5". Whoever owns it, it sounds GOOOOOD coming up those little hills!! Nice truck.

Also saw a white 2500 SWB 4x4 in Monroe city with a double gauge setup that sounded good, near the implement dealer... ... .

Seems that part of MO is CTD country, sure saw a lot of them.
