Mobil 1 SUV impressions

I just did my first non dealer oil change with Mobil 1 SUV and the first of my case of Fleetguard filters. The oil filter was easier to reach than I thought but still far from an easy reach.



I bought three 5 quart jugs of the M1 from Walmart for $21 each. All I notice so far is how much quieter the motor is with this stuff as well as a slightly higher pressure on the guage.



The bottle clearly states that it meets and exceeds the reqs of Cummins, DuraMax, and the PS.



I'm really glad to have lost the Fram. Good piece of mind.

He must or the increase was a command from the change in coolant temperature for how ever long the engine was shut down.

Just switched our 05 over to this stuff, at 10k, I also noticed a nominal bump in oil pressure. and yes I have aftermarket guages. BUT the 98 w ? miles found some new leaks and puked most of six quarts out of the blow by tube and all over the truck and my driveway. he odometer has 130k on it, but judging by the wear point of the motor i'd say it has more like 250-300k.

Mobil 1 Truck and Suv is relabeled Delvac 1. In the three diesels I've owned, they have all run a bit more smoothly after changing and the oil analysis reports are great. I'm really surprised/glad to hear you got it in the 5 quart size. I still haven't seen those around! Hopefully next time I'm shopping for it there is some. I managed to pick up a few gallons of authentic Delvac 1 at a truckstop recently, so I'm gonna use that first. Glad to hear you are also loving the d1!
