I have installed a K&N RE880 filter and just installed my superchips 3705 software this weekend. wow... and this is very mild?

I gotta get my transgo kit installed...

along with my guages now.



I'm only set at "perf tow" +50hp +90 ft lbs torque.



the Hi perf was even better +70 +140 but I backed it off since I want to tow and at this setting they don't recommend it. I suppose due to EGTs.



Just wondering if 275 injectors would allow me to go full power on the super chips and still tow ... reasonably.

It's all about EGT's. More power=Higher temps. You can add a 4" exhaust to help lower EGT's. Without hesitation get a set of guages first and soon. I had the same programmer and the EGT's went through the roof on the top setting while towing. Installed an Edge EZ and they are lower for some reason.
