Momentary Clatter

My 2011 2500 6.7L has developed a sporadic, momentary clatter. Lasts for all of a second when it happens. Truck runs fine otherwise. Sounds like what used to be referred to as "spark knock" for a gas engine. Thoughts?

Does it do it under acceleration, mainly right off a stop? If so, thats normal in my experience. If it does it at idle, could be a fuel issue? jus guessin

It does it while cruising at a steady speed.
