I just got done installing my FASS Titanium and now it's time to decide how I want to monitor pressure.
I already have a Edge Evolution in the truck with no gauges other than the factory panel.
I am having a hard time deciding whether to use the Edge to monitor the fuel pressure of going with a Autometer in the A pillar setup with the handle.
I could really use some advice on this, I see pro's and con's both ways so any input will be appreciated!

I admit that I had to look it up, but it is pretty much has the same features as the CTS-2 that I use for my '09 (sans the tuning). I'm assuming the only connection you have is to OBDII port, by reading your post. If so, you will need to get the EAS kit to use the Edge.

It all boils down to what you want to look at... Gauge vs. digital. Either way, you're faced with nearly the same cost for either and nearly the same install.

Use what you already have and buy the sensor and wiring, or buy a gauge that comes with wiring and a sensor that needs to be installed in the same place.

X2 what Mikey said. Really depends on your personal preference. As he said cost will be comparable. With the Edge EAS system you will need to get the starter system, the expandable component and then the sensor (unfortunately the pressure sensor is the expensive one). However the expandable system will come with two "ports" to allow another gauge that will only have the cost of the sensor to use ie a temp sensor would only be an additional $40. Another thing about the Edge is if you use it you will only that have that one piece of hardware to look at. If the Evolution is anything like the Juice or the CTS monitor keeping your eye on the gauge is less important as you can set programmable warnings to alert you when it falls above/below a certain threshold (depending on the item being monitored) that you set.

Thanks for the input guys. I think what it really comes down to is the fact that I don't trust the Edge as much as I would the guage.

I sure do like alarms on it though.
