2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Moog Part Numbers?

Does anyone have a list of Moog part numbers for the inner and outer tie rod ends (both sides), track bar, and upper and lower ball joints for a 1996 2500? Of course it is the diesel with the Dana 60 front axle. I appreciate your help since the person working at the counter for the local Moog supplier does not inspire confidence.

I don't have the pn but why not get the 98-99 upgraded HD parts and convert to the T setup from your inverted Y since you are replacing all them parts anyway? Those upgraded parts are listed on this site.
