Sorry I am so late to post this but I lost my reciept... ... now found!!! These were all found in the latest MOOG parts book. I choose MOOG over TRW and others because they had listings for Heavy Duty parts ie trucks with 4000# front axel and Diesel. Also others have spoken highly of the MOOG brand. Here are the exact part numbers I used for a complete rebuild of my 92 Ext. Cab 4x2 front end. Beware that you should consult the parts book because on some of the items MOOG shows different part numbers for 90-91 and 92-93 models.
1. K7055 Idler Arm $72. 95
2. K7082 Upper Ball Joint $53. 95 each
3. K7053T Lower B/J $52. 95 each
4. K7079 Strut Rod Bushing kit $18. 95
5. K7192 Lower CTRL Arm bush. $23. 95 each
6. K7104 Upper CTRL Arm bush. $21. 95 each
7. DS1173 Drag/Center link $74. 95
8. ES3123L Inner Tie Rods $36. 95 each
9. ES3122R Outer Tie Rods $29. 95 each
10. ES3124s Adjusting Sleeves $ 9. 95 each
11. K7226 Frnt HD Coil Sprgs $79. 95 for the pair.
This was the total parts list for the job. I also installed new Monroe Gas Magnum front shocks, cost 44. 95 for the pair. This has dramatically enhanced the ride of my 4x2 and raised the front end about 1/2 to 1 inch in the distance from the top of the tire to the lip of the fender. My truck did have the dreaded first gen. squatt and driver side sagggggg. I am very satisfied with the results, although I still need to install a steering shaft/coupler for it to be perfect.

92 Ext. Cab, Auto trans. , 3. 54 Non-LS, Isspro Tach and Pyro (pre-turbo), 210,000+ miles, straight pipe, old and abused but still running strong!!!!
