Moog problem solver linkage- will 09 fit an 04?

My Mopar 09? upgraded T type suspension has really tight tie rod ends on both sides. Crazy tight and causes memory steer. I've had them in for at least a couple years and no improvement. I drilled them, added zerks and even spun the bolt around w/ a drill for a bit. No change.

I have an 04. The Moog problem solver linkage for my truck is DS800980A and is listed around 4@@.
For an 09, the Moog problem solver linkage is DS800981A. It is listed about 2@7. Will it fit? I have the larger steering gear.
The 09 complete linkage is nearly half the cost of the 04. Will it fit my 04?

Don’t have the part numbers in front of me but I think that is the part number I put on my 03. I purchased from rock auto. I did have to change the pitman arm. May be able to get you part numbers if needed but I think you get a pitman arm for an 09 as well.
