Mopar 15w-40-what is it?

I have had this in for the last two changes since I haven't had a chance to get to Cummins Atlantic for the Premium Blue- it would make sense that it is a Cummins/Valvoline oil but the tech said that he thought it was Mobil???? It makes the patented smell and has all the ratings- just curious.

I thought it was premium blue made by valvoline for chrysler
