Has anyone had any luck installing these things? I got a set from the locql dealer and they will not lay flat on my door sills. The sills are less than perfect and even with that issue the ends are not flat and would allow all sorts of crap to work under. I tried them on another new 04 and they were not good at all. Any suggestions? thanks, Doc

I installed them on my 04 without any difficulty whatsoever. All I did was follow the instructions. They've been installed for about 8 weeks now and they are still secure.

I have installed them on my 03 a year ago and still have no problems. I does have a small gap but water and dirt have not affected it yet. and for your info auto meter has a set of gauges for pyro and boost that set directly on top of the steering colunm looks factory white gauges with moom light style lights which match instrument cluster almost exactly and keeps the a pillar clear of obstructions very authentic like

Hey Doc, I put the sill guards on my Quad and the front would not lay flat. Ended up putting four small stainless steel screws in the four corners, looks nice, and is staying put. The rear did not need to have the screw treatment, so far----
