Mopar Fog Light Kit?

Anyone know if the Mopar Fog Light Kit 82211694AB will work on 2500's? It requires the dealer to go in and flash the computer in order for the new headlight switch to work. My dealer says the kit is only for 1500's. Here's a link to the installation instructions...

Yeah that look's like it fit's the 1500 bumper not the 2500 or bigger truck's
