Thanks in advance guys, I'm having zero success with local dealers.

I have factory diamond plate boards and mudflaps on my '03 dually.

I need pretty much a full set of attaching hardware... for attaching the flaps to the wheelwell liners, and mostly the weird shaped screws that attach the boards to the flaps.

I've haven't been able to locate hardware online either... if anyone can shoot me a link to an online source, or even a dealer that can ship to me, I'd be in your debt!

Thanks.

I gave up on the weird shape screws after I backed over a high curb and tore down a mudflap... . I replaced the screws with nylon bolts/nuts with some fender washers, which makes a nice break-away system if I back over something again by accident.

Nylon hardware is available from McMaster-Carr for a nominal amount of money...

The holes the kit instructs you to drill in the fiberglass portion of the fender for the push-in tree pins is 1/4". I got those at NAPA auto parts in a pack of 25. So for the wheel well liner I went with an even 1/4" hole.

I used 1/4"-20 nylon hardware and I found some stainless steel fender washers locally, but hot dip galvanized washers would be fine too.

Just remember, if you do have your flaps extended downwards so that less spray comes off your tires at highway speeds, be careful backing up over bumps and curbs. It is all too easy to tear down a mudflap. Using the plastic hardware and not too much of it either (dont use more than 4 of the actual screws as the original hardware set has only 4 screws and the rest are those push-in tree pins. This prevents you from destroying your wheel well liner fender if you do happen to tear one down (I've done it about 4 times... )
