Mopar tow mirrors & LED's

Does anyone with the Mopar flip up tow mirrors have red or amber LED's attached on the outward ends & using them as turn signal & brake lights?. If so, what brand & how many LED's per light?. Possible pictures if you have them. Thanks.

Tractor supply sells oval LED lights [About 12 bucks] . I have been thinking about this mod, but anyone who has any input on where they ran the wires might be helpful. I think I would prefer them mounted under the mirror on the frame,but wonder what would happen when you fold the mirrors in.
