I've already got two rooms rsvp'd at the Sahara, right at the tip of the strip by the Stratosphere. This is an awesome show, and the road trip there and back isn't half bad either. . that is to say we only did the speed limit when we got to lapped traffic

We traveled Thursday, shacked up Thursday Friday and Sat night, and traveled back Sun. You'll need 4-days to do it 'right'. The show is three days - Fri-Sun, but in lieu of vacation time we elected to punch out Sun am and jam back home.
Three nights' stay. Thurs is $53, Fri/Sat are $140. Split those rates up to 4 ways (two double beds - but let's be serious - I ain't sharing a bed... ) and that can be dirt cheap. The buffet is awesome, and it's a short trip to the track. Of course, the nights belong to the Strip
