reveiw of recent past repairs

fuel lines rusted off on fuel tank "shuttle"

torque converter lugs ripped off and flex plate cracked in 4 places

over heat pulling 1200lb trailer water in oil

boost leak? only get 31lbs usualy 37lbs head gasket related?

head gasket job in progress found

trans cooler lines leaking

no hole in boots

also have tool to advance timing but afraid boost leak will not be easily found if bombing timing and fuel plate adjust (slide forward) and delivery valves.

would you continue or fix test and then bomb?

If you got the headgasket done, hopefully you upgraded it so 37 lbs isnt a problem.

Your other trans problems like leaky lines are not prob. bomb related, and as for your converter problem, if its the stock dodge junk, it would happen sooner or later anyways.

Build or borrow a boost leak tester and spray around your boots and intake plenum to figure that out. Advancing timing or installing D/V's will have no effect on trying to find your leak.

it may not have been leeking boost

when I removed my rocker covers all the valve lash was loose way out of speck why would this happen? I ran the over head about 50k-60k ago I dont understand but this could cause the low boost or not? all the boots looked good.

I will be installing a marine head gasket . 020 over and reinstalling my allen head head bolts.
