More comfortable seats for a 2nd gen.

Ever since I had my Jeep Wrangler, i've always wanted to try a set of Mastercraft seats. Has anyone successfully put these in their 2nd gen. ? If so, which model do you have? Are there any other ones anyone would recommend? The stock seats are murder on my back on a long trip.
