My charge gauge on the dash is showing low charge but the truck is starting normally. The Wait to Start idiot light does not come on when you first turn the key but comes on when the engine is running and mostly stays on.
Has anybody got any ideas?
I have still not fixed the overdrive which i posted about 1 or 2 years ago. I have been using the bypass toggle switch on the dash. I had to replace the pigtail for the overdrive solenoid to get it working as mine is a 46RH? it has no lockup converter solenoid and is only a 2 wire pigtail, and it took some searching to find the right pigtail if anyone needs it I will find it and post the address.

I think that I have found the answer myself - He has 2 good videos on the same subject.
Does anyone have a friendly Chrysler dealer so that if I post my VIN number they could get the part number for the "computer", SBEC or PCM for me? There are no American Chrysler dealers here in Ireland.

I have no friendly or helpful dealer, nor know what year your truck is. My 92 5-speed has a sticker listing 56027081 (changed because of TSB 18-05-92) but I don't know if it was same for automatics. Maybe one of the parts gurus can verify, or name places to rebuild yours.

It's a 92 D250 2WD automatic, thanks for your reply.
