Anyone have any insight into these codes. New air filter (from Ma Mopar) The dealer replaced CAC pipe as battery cable had rubbed a hole in it. I’m sick of codes and visiting the dealer.

FWIW... I had the turbo underboost code on my trip to MT in 2021... 3 dealers could not diagnose it and I drove it till it actually would not go anymore (towing)... turned out to be a bad EGR valve, they replaced it at 9K miles and knock on wood its been good ever since, Mine was build in Sept of 2020.

Go into the fuse box under your hood and be sure all your fuses are firmly seated. Just about every truck made recently hasn’t had them seated fully. I was able to push all fuses in, same with the relays. I did not get any codes but just a thought as to the ecm stored code.
Also I have read what jay mentioned, make sure it’s the ab filter.

That is supposed to say “same with the relays”
Not sure why the forum is acting up.

Which air filter do you have? 53034051AB or 68517554AA. 53034051AB is the correct one and some dealers are putting the 68517554AA in. The 68517554AA has been causing codes on some 19 and newer cummins.

It was the 6851554AA filter I bought for $120…The parts person said that it was the correct one, she remembered reading a note on which air filter that they should sell… I’ll ask for the correct one. Thanks

Dealer doesn’t sell AA filter. Intercooler boot rubbed. EGR can have a blockage that can cause code…an other trip to the dealer…

Isn't it a deeper filter with a glue bead across the pleats? I know that it provides more surface area for airflow. Amazes me that they figured out by folding adds cross section for larger amount of surface area. Same principle that's used with home HVAC filters to extend the replacement timetable. Allow for more crap to be captured before replacement would be needed. Hope that the OP can get his code maker figured out.

https://www.wholesalemopar.com/ gave me these result for air filter #5334051AB This part does not fit your 2022 Ram 2500, for air filter part # 68517554AA This part fits your 2022 Ram 2500... BTW I have bought part from this Mopar site and I have not ever received a part that did not fit or work on my last 2 my FCA trucks... Oh the best I can find both air filters are the same size. Also one web site I just looked at listed the 5334051AB as working in trucks with the 6.7L from the years 2007 to 2023...

Those filters are CHEAP! Dealer charged me $120 CDN. Third trip to dealer to find problem. Underneath some shrouding Intercooler had split. Not sure why it would fail there. This truck has made more trips to the dealer than any other vehicle I have owned.

I see these trucks are very sensitive to boost leaks. Granted that’s a pretty decent one right there, heck it blew the dirt off the crossmember in front of it haha, but people see 26-28lbs on the boost gage and still see a 299 code if there’s a leak.
