Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Found some more LED lights - - pretty good looking - - the red markers will fit the Dodge holders, but be careful about polarity - - they have 12 lights in each. Bought at a truck supply house, make is Maxxima, part number M20350R for the red ones, Amber is also available.
The amber cab light have 10 lights in each and are bright - - look like the early cab light (pre 99) and were purchased at Auto Zone.
