The Duramax will be built in the U. S. , fortunatley, GM will build it and probably add their own "knowledge" to the design. We will have the best of both worlds, an engine that will not be able to compete with the Cummins due to GM's fiddling (which will no doubt occur) and a wake up kick in the butt to Dodge for a decent automatic and four real doors. (and don't give me that "real men drive manuals" stuff, because some of us have physical limitations).
