Anybody go any suggestions or instructions for getting a little more snap out of 91 Non Intercooled? I thought I saw a post that had a link to some instructions a couple of weeks ago but I can't seem to find it anymore:(

Thanks

Dean

Oh, another thing, be sure to use the search feature to poke around in the 1st gen forum and you'll find lots of power enhancement stuff.

Dean, I'm about to do some pump tweakin' this weekend (with formula's help) on my non-intercooled 91. I'll let you know how I make out!

Made some pump "adjustments yesterday at the NE seafood and wrench day and the results are incredible!

I removed the diaphram cap. Turned the star wheel 1/2 turn clockwise. The I rotated th eccentric pin 90 degrees clockwise.

I removed the cap on the full power screw, but it appeared that there was only about 1/2 to 3/4 turn left, so I left it alone.

Max boost increased about 1 1/2 psi to about 26 , and it comes in much earlier than before. I get a little black smoke if I really nail it under about 1400 rpm (in any gear). EGTs seem to climb a little faster, but once I am at normal running speed, they seem the same as before.

Sean, thanks again for your help yesterday.

And you make one hell of a clam chowder too!!
