More questions about defueling

I asked this question a while back and was curious if anyone has heard of a fix for the 600. My truck is a 2004. 5 with a edge ez(level 3), a tst powermax (level 7), an afe intake, dtt valve body, magnaflow exhaust(no cat) and will be installing a fass,dtt converter, and a new turbo in the next few weeks. My truck will powerbrake till about 2100 rpms and fall on its face,making a hard launch impossible. Ive tried unplugging the harness from the wastegate solenoid and the motor did not defuel and launched pretty good but this resulted in the the truck having no power once i got to upper rpms. Any help would be appreciated. RC
