More Snake Oil??????

OK, I filled up my main tank today for the first "controlled" fuel mileage test. The empty mileage was 19. 35 mpg (HHC). My mileage empty runs 18. 00 miles per gallon.



I am not sure if it is fact or fiction, but I do feel the truck runs better and is smoother... ... ... ... .



I am not sure if that is an appreciable difference to merit the cost and hassle of the additive.



I have enough additive for another 200 gallons of treated fuel. I will continue to test... ... .....

So you typically get 18 mpg, and this last tank was 19. 35? Sounds pretty good. I'd like to see what the next tank gets you. And the next tank...

I saw similar mileage increase when I started running the 'XPD' formula. My engine started running very quiet, and I also noticed that my temp gauge stays planted at the open thermostat point. Used to see a slight rise in temp when towing on the hills around me. After the first couple tanks of fuel, it has been a consistent 2mpg gain over my mileage not running it. After a couple tanks of fuel without the XPD I return to my previous fuel mileage. The XP3 is probably the same/similar stuff. 1 oz XPD treats 30 gals too.
