Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Installed my TST box on Saturday (very easy install, took about 2 hours including the pyro probe install). I LOVE THIS THING Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo. Sunday morning I went for a drive to the North Geargia mountains with a few friends & customers of mine. The crew was made up of a 1985 Porsche 944, a 1988 944, a 1984 928S, a '98 BMW M3 & a very nice "77 280Z. Hard to believe, but the Cummins stomped them all in the critical midrange (40-75 mph) when pulling uphill. Highway 53 is pretty steep & twisty in parts, & the truck would lay a very pretty patch up to 60 yards long exiting some of the curves until about 70 mph (from 40) when it started to hook up in 3rd gear lockup. Max EGT's were just over 1300. Torque was set to 3 & power to 5. Thats about all this transmission will handle & I think for everyday driving I will use 3&3.
