Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Motor Mounts for a '98 12 valve

Good evening, Anybody know if motor mounts are a Cummins part, Mopar part, or can be had aftermarket? Any urethane motor mounts for a Cummins 6BT? I had a strange vibration. Checked front end, have a new rear driveshaft. Finally looked at my motor mounts. Trashed!!! There is about an 1/8" gap on each end of the rubber donut and the mount. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Glen
