Got HO?

My '03 2500 with 112k miles is not as smooth as it used to be. I feel more engine vibration through the steering wheel & pedals (& seat) than I used to. The motor mounts are not cracked but do appear to have settled a little. Has anyone replaced mounts yet & noticed any difference?
