mounting options

Good evening,



I am looking for suggestions for a couple of mounting situations.



1. I need to carry a second spare on my 96, 3500 Ram. I will need this when using my Lance 1130 truck camper. I am thinking of an extension for the rear hitch but need to come up with some sort of swing away mount to allow entry to the rear, back side, door.



2. The other item is a bicycle rack for two bikes for the front mounted from a front draw-tite hitch. I will also be putting on a brush guard but this isn't firmed up as yet.



Any suggestions will be appreciated.

No idea on the spare tire, but I use to have a van with a brush guard on it. I went to a hitch store and they welded a receiver on the bottom horizontal tube on the brush guard. I then got a bike rack that is made for sliding into the receiver. At that time there was only one rack like that, today there are alot of brands. Go to a bike store or www.sportsrack.com, they also have stores. Hope this helps.
