MP-8 working?

I have a brand new MP-8 i just put on my 03 HO 6spd. I turn the knob, nothing changes, truck feels stock. I've talked to chris at TS and jumped out the reostat to get full power and still it didnt seem to do anything, its not throwing any codes at all and the truck runs fine, just no extra power. Im sending it back to have it looked at. Just wodering if anyone else has experienced this because chris says hes never seen one not work and not throw codes. just wondering any idea?? P. S. TS performance are great people , customer service is top notch.

I'm questioning whether mine is working, or not. I haven't noticed anything different with mine, either, and I have a rail pressure gauge to monitor it with. I just haven't gotten around to calling them, yet. But I also have a few other mods, that may affect the way it feels.

switch?

Check your adjustable switch - when I installed mine, the switch broke at the minature PC board connections and then the MP8 was stuck on its highest setting. I just called TS up and they sent me a new switch. I also broke this switch due to operator error :-laf , but the contacts are still OK.



The next time I feel ambitious I'm going to source out a new switch with more protected contacts. It looks like just a 0-10,000 ohm potentiometer based on when I put the multimeter across it and from what the TS guy told me.

I would just add that if a pressure box is working you are gonna feel it! I have mine stacked w/Tst and injectors (VA 3. 1 not real aggressive). I find it very noticable when the switch is changed from none, to some, to all.
