MP3 adapter to factory radio

Need your help picking the best and hopefully least expensive MP3 adapter to the factory radio.



Everything I've searched shows a black box with RCA inputs and a cable that connects to the 10-pin on the back of the factory radio.



I've found GROM and PIE brands and another brand on Amazon.



They are running approx $60 to $70 w/o shipping.



Is there a cheaper alternative?



Do some perform better than others?

That's pretty cheap since they were $200 a couple of years ago. The box has a tiny computer that communicates with the head unit (i. e. radio).
