MP3 or FLAC?

I plan on downloading a concert I went to a few weeks ago. They offer these two types of files but I really don't know much about this kind of stuff. I'd just like to burn the CD's so I can listen to them on a CD player at work or in the truck (Infinity). Is one of these better than the other for this?

Does your cdplayer in your truck play MP3's or FLAC files? If not you have to download it and and convert it.
