MP8 and Smarty or TST and Smarty

Anybody try this combo? Does it help on the low end? While I was running the Smarty I liked the middle/top end but it does not get out of the hole too quick. Any thoughts. Stock turbo/injectors AFEpg7, 5"turbo back.

I don't have the DD clutch in to hold it yet, but I have the TST/Smarty/MP-8 all stacked together. Many people have reported very good power and driveability with this combo... maybe they'll chime in.



If you're set on picking between the TST or MP-8, they both do different things. The MP-8 is a pressure box, and the TST is a timing/duration (although the newest versions can provide some pressure as well). Many people would say duration is safer than increasing rail pressure, but comes down to personal preference. Hope that helped a little... --Eric
