Well it may have been extreme, but I recall 2nd gen guys in here not only losing mileage, but also power after some 'involunatary' flashes... . this was a couple years ago.

The big picture here is, its my truck, don't do anything to it unless I know about it!!!

I got the co2 flash done on mine when it first came out, probably 8 months ago. My mileage dropped a bit and has never come back. Cold weather and winter fuel don't seem the change the mileage. The winter front does, though!
