I can't find Mr Bob's website anymore.

I have had the roadmaster suspension on my truck since March 2001. One of the rear bolts (actually it was a threaded rod with 4 nuts on it) broke, and now the curved bracket that goes over the rear spring mount is missing. I need to find a replacement part.

Help!

I have the Roadmasters... I have a 2500 and I took off the overload springs I had. I have a 36' toyhauler (15K) and a 2700# pin weight. when I hook up, the truck is level. Truck has a slight rise to the rear when unloaded.

The neat thing is when uloaded, the springs don't make the ride harh. There is a little pre-load on the spring when you install them but not much. This thing makes my truck like a single wheel 1-ton.

Thanks for the new link. I've sent him an email, and updated the hyperlink in my signature.

I like the Roadmaster Active suspension for all the reasons they list on the website, especially "Reduces axle wrap and wheel hop"

  • Eliminates sway and reduces roll on corners
  • Reduces axle wrap and wheel hop
  • Strengthens rear leaf springs for towing or hauling maximum loads with maximum safety
  • Absorbs load, rather than resisting it, thereby ensuring a much more comfortable ride
  • Eliminates the need for fitting extra blades which harden the ride
  • Better handling and control in windy and rough road conditions

I've got a set of Roadmasters for 2001 2500 4x4 you can have for $100+ shipping. I had to remove them when I changed the suspension on my truck.
