Mr. Funnel and Pre-Filtering your diesel???

After picking up a bad batch of diesel (water) I'm interested in anything that will help stop this.



Another tdr member mentioned they use a Mr. Funnel.



I'm wondering if this could be stuck in the fuel filler neck and then the diesel pumped into the funnel (carefully) and thus help with the water/diesel issue?



Anyone else have experence with a "mr funnel"
