By all indications I have seen on this site, the Northwest Customs mudflaps are the most highly regarded. Several different times over a several month period, I have tried to contact them. The website either does not work or does not work right, like tonight, for example. The phone number one time was disconnected, and a next time it was connected, but it referred me to a cell phone number which took messages but repeated messages got no return call.

What is the deal? Is this still a going concern? Is this company still in business? Or... . is there another manufacturer making something as good that a person can buy?

Rocks are eating my paint, and the tiny, toy mud flaps fitted to the truck by the Ziebart dealer are a joke.

thanks... .

Gordon, Jason may not have the best website in town but he sure does have the best products.

I agree that Jason needs to update or get a new website.

Sorry Jason but it's a fact :(

But a new site would bring in more business :)

Peace

I don't mind a website that does not work. I would not even mind it if there was no website at all. But, it is a real problem when you can't contact the person by phone. It ends the possibility of buying products.

I even sent some e-mails which were not answered.

Jason Burton...

He's probably helping a friend or designing some new accessories.

Anyway, keep trying...

his stuff is awesome!

Keep trying, the man's got the best stuff. I never get tired of seeing Jason's custom flaps on my dually truck, they really, really set it off. It's been over a year now since I bought them from him in Tulare, and they still look like new.

I just met up with Jason in Spokane last Thursday at Dishman Dodge. He stopped by there to drop off some of his trick stuff for dealer installation on 2003s, then he was headed to Seattle for the weekend.

He is in the process of moving to a larger shop and is up to his ears in work (moving, plus making his stuff). He's basically a one-man operation in a town with 1 main street in the middle of nowhere (Rockford, WA). He is moving to a new place in Fairfield (once again, another little farming town in the middle of nowhere) and is hoping to expand his operation although he's quite busy with current demand.

Just leave a message with your name and number and I'm sure you'll hear back from him eventually. I think he will be moved in a week or so. He is one of the coolest guys you'll ever come across and I know he'll do whatever it takes to make you happy.

NW Custom - accept no substitute!

. The product is well worth waiting for. Jason sent me my rear mudflaps for my 4x4 dually almost 18 months ago when I was based out of Dublin, Ireland and they still look damn fine having gone through two European winters and numerous winter trips to the mountains in Austria and Switzerland (snowboarding).

I guess it's a fine line between being too successful and hard to reach, but I'm sure Jason will get back to you..... eventually. Look on the bright side, you might also want some rocker panels to take care of them unsightly paint chips anyway..... :D

I received a private message from Blue Goat regarding some unused NW Customs mudflaps. Mr. Goat, your e-mail address does not work... . can you just post one here????
