My buddy has a 93 W250 and needs a stock muffler and a set of Hydraulic ( he hates gas ones ) rear shocks. Truck is stock height. David
 
Skyjacker Hydro or Rancho RS5000 shocks. Both hydraulic, easily available most places.

Walker direct fit Quiet flow muffler Part Num: WLK-44194 Usually run around $120.
