Color to paint exh manif and turbo exh side

I have run them on my high performance gassers for years. I have one on my 05 CTD, I like the sound and it lets the engine breath.

any "big truck" muffler will be void of wrap and will be pure chamber.

also, by "chambered", please don't think I'm suggesting a flowmaster style potato! if you can't see straight through it, you don't want it on your turbocharged vehicle!!!

I just bought a second glasspack to add to my system. One sounds great, but the drone is too much w/o the kitty. I had two of the exact same mufflers on my '01 and that sound was great also.

I've never heard of one wearing or burning out.

I bought it direct from the Hearthrob factory Friday and they had a chambered 5" hanging on the wall. He said they make them for the 5" kits to kill some of the noise. They're chambered, but still flow more than enough for a 5" user.

well, if the exhaust gas has to make two 180* turns, I contend it doesn't flow enough...

rule of thumb: if you can't see straight through it, don't use it!

if one isn't enough, add another :)
