Multifunction Switch warranty extension

Dodge extended the warranty on 2006 1500-2500 trucks with failed multifunction switches. The extension is for 10 years, 150,000 miles. See TSB 08-002-12 for details. I would assume if you paid for one you can call the customer relations line at 1 800-992-1997 for possible refund consideration. If your out of the extension by miles, you might purchase the PN CNH3X200AA as it retails for $34. 25 instead of $100+ for the OEM PN.

Wow they admitted that the switch sucks... . Funny that the cut off is 06 and my 05 is not included... . Lol

mine was covered and it is 3500 in fact I think my letter said 3500 on it. Had mine replaced a few months ago. Did have to show my letter from Dodge as the dealer pretended to know nothing about it.

I asked at my local steelership they know nota thing as they say..... One day maybe dodge or should I say Ram will remember us left out here in the real world..... lol

asked dealer about it, of course they know nothing... But mine is still working.

I rcvd a letter in the mail about 3 years and it covers my 3500. Took it to Carson Dodge last Sep with no issues.
