G'Day folks!
I have wacko wiper syndrome on my Ram. After doing some research i bought part # CNH3X200AA or {CNH3X200AB} Bought at MoparGiant.com
Then i found this U-tube that shows how to swap the part w/out removing the steering wheel.
I plan to do the swap this eve, i;ll let you know if it works!
Wipers would never properly function at intermitent. Only on full time. Some times when i open the door or for no reason the wipers would take a swipe. Everything else worked ok.

My truck has the same issues with the wipers. I used my smarty to see if there were any codes and it didn't show any. Last year I purchased an autoenginuity scan tool and it showed a code for the wiper motor.
The code reads:
Front Control Module
60 - Wiper park switch input performance

Looking into this the park switch is located inside the wiper motor. I haven't replaced my wiper motor yet to see if this fixes the problem but plan to soon.
Hope this helps

Yeah, most of the wiper problems end up being in the wiper motor and module itself. That is where the park and delay stuff is all located. I changed multifunction switch, did not change the problems.

Park switches have been in the wiper motors as far back as when I started out and I am no spring chicken but now on some our vehicles you get free linkage when yo buy the motor

Well,... it still acts like its haven a hangover Grrr!
So,... what do i look for to fix [or] clean? Or is it replace some parts?

Steve White motors has the motor and linkage together for about $114. Other places list the motor itself as NS1.

Afraid ASIAPAC is probably where most of our repair parts are coming from anymore.

I stock and will push the assemblies even if the motor is available by itself now for the big trucks, it all wears together anyways. Too many returns on the motor by itself once they get stuff torn apart and find out most of the linkage is junk too.

Mike.

My Ram is back from inspection and now the wipers stopped completely! They worked for 1/2 my driving today.... Sooooo, i ordered my new wiper motor assembly. See if it fixes it! After i cleaned [shined] the old motor's contacts, my wipers went at almost 1/2 speed. [and now nothing] I hope my multifunction switch is ok....
