Big Brother turbo? who makes it?

Snow kit install (tank idea)

There is both, a mustang (load dyno) and a dynojet (non load dyno), close by. Which one would be better to use to get the bigger numbers?

Propperly run they should give similar results. A load dyno will give you what HP your truck can sustain for a given time without building too much heat. If all you want is the biggest # make one up. You can tell people it dynoed X amount on the dyno... . just don't tell them it was a "seat of the pants dyno". I prefer a load dyno because you can see where the pyro will settle... or if it's going to keep climing.

On a loaded dyno with the really high torque and relativly tall tires, slipping on the rollers is a good possibility. Some trucks even slip on the dynojet, just ask F8LDOSE.

This is a question thats been kicked around on here a bunch. Most people will say they'd rather run on a dynojet and get higher numbers on a dynojet as well, this is probably true for 99% of the trucks out there. I think a mustang dyno is more accurate and i'd perfer to run my truck on one over a dynojet any day.

all i can say is they are definitely different and in favor or the dynojet producing bigger numbers. I got 550 on a dynojet and then did the mustang at the ats facility and was disgusted with the results. My turbo was ill at the time however, i have to get back this week for a new run, they said with the elevation curve or whatever it was like 450. Not bad with the ill turbo but i was so sickened i didn't even get a sheet now i'm going this week i hope and i'm gonna see what kind of numbers can be posted after replacing the turbo cartridge in the killer b

Moolie, definitly post the results when you dyno again so we can see exactly how much difference between the two :)

When you dyno'ed on the dynojet, did they have to brake-boost it or put a bunch of people in the bed, or did they just hit the hammer and go?
