I have two dodge Diesel. One is a 1995 Dodge diesel Scotty Motor Home with 61,000 miles in mint shape. Garage kept since new. The other is a 2006 Dodge Diesel pickup 2500. Here a picture of the 95 hope it comes out? #ad

I took the Motor Home and had the dial pin taken care at a Cummins shop then had the transmission bullet proof which made a big difference. Yesterday I installed a 4 inch exhaust on the Motor Home. I just got a Bright Kit for the headlights. Next 6 brand new tires so I will be ready to travel. Would like to jack up to 300 HP. but that can wait.

The horsepower is the easy part, torque plate, vacuum 90, maybe fine tuning the p7100 pump, (depends on how it runs now) and a set of gauges, and if you have an auto transmission install a gauge for the transmission temp too. You should be 300+.

JW you lost me but the 95 does run very nice. I am good on oil changes and greasing the Dodge. But that about it. Our Chrysler Dealer is a total rip off if you need any work done. The 95 is still like new and been garage kept since new. I am always trying to improve it. Its my baby my wife says.

Usually if the P7100 isn't timed properly you will notice a loss of hp and poor fuel mileage. When i say poor it is 14-15 range instead of 18-19 range. But in your case the fuel mileage will be mostly affected by that huge air dam sitting on top so the fuel mileage may not be an accurate measure of performance. My truck once had a set of large tool boxes and a ladder rack that extended up above the cab and i lost about 2 mpg because of the wind drag. I know a couple of local guys that still have 94-97 12v trucks with torque plates, air filters, turbo vacuum 90s and they are getting 30+ lbs of boost and 19 mpg. On average a diesel makes 10hp for every lb of boost. My 97 has a 5speed. Making these few changes made a HUGE difference in towing because of the increase in hp. 5 speed trucks, 3rd and 4th are too far apart. When pulling hills 4th was too tall and downshifting to 3rd was too low. After the mods you could leave it in 4th and just power right up the inclines. Filter, torque plate and 90 is less than 500$. The gauges are only needed to watch your egt's and I would recommend one for transmission temp if you have an auto. A new intake tube will make a slight difference as well, 130$ from CXracing on eBay. I am out of town right now but if you would like pics I can forward some to you when I get back.

Yes JW that would be nice. I just did put a 4 inch exhaust on doing away with the converter? I did install a muffler. Next a better air cleaner. This month all 9 new tires. Still has the originals on the Motor Home. I am going to check the dot to see how old they are. It had 13,000 when I first bought it.

I have change oil every 3,000 miles plus oil filter. Still has the original brakes. Being garage kept since new makes a big difference. Every place we go someone always ask if it for sale. I always say sorry not for sale.
