My 2006 will not start plus it acts like it stolen

My 2006 3/4 ton diesel automatic with 59,000 miles was ok when I back it out of the garage. I hook up the car trailer to go and pick up my 32 Ford at the body shop, about 20 miles. When I got there I open up the trailer to load the 32 and tied it down and was ready to leave to go home. The truck started then shut down. I tried to start it again and would not start. I called 3A's and they towed it to the Chrysler garage. When they went to unlock the truck the truck would not unlock by pushing the button on the key pad. Then they use the key to unlock the truck and when they open the door the horn started blowing. He shut the door and ask me If I had the other key pad and key. It done the same thing. It acts like the truck is stolen. Why????? This is the first trouble I have had with the truck. Its a Dodge 3/4 ton looks like new.

The wcm's had their share of issues on that model.There was also a recall to flash the wcm.The first thing the dealer should do upon write is to check for recalls .I beleive it was f 15
