Well it all depends on what cellular carrier you have. First I went into windows explorer and changed the name of the file to ". mid" this changes it to a midi file. Next send your phone an email with the midi file as an attachment if your verizon you phones email address is "yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com" then your phone will recieve it as a text message and when you open the text message the ringtone should play. and you should be able to click the menu button on your phone and save the file , it should also set it as a ringtone. Hope this helps. Curt

I have no idea if your phone recorder will work. I have professional recording equipment shich makes it extremely easy :D

I did another strange recording this afternoon. I put a microphone beside my BHAF, and went for a drive. Let me know what you all think of a HX doing 40LBS of boost 10" from the mic!!

Heres the link, about 3. 0 megs

If you're a geek, then I'm a "cummins" freak. That was a sweat sound. Wish I could get my 01 cummmins to have that kind of turbine purr to it.

Now if I can only figure out how to make this file work as my new ringtone for my sprint phone.

hmmmmmmmmmm

Love the turbo recording. I remember that sound from my stocker. You notice that it will only "Go" so far then flatten out? I'd love to have a recording of my HTB2 going to 48LBS. :-laf Ohh, and the 5" strait pipe.

This is a recording of turbo BARK. Since I had the microphone beside my BHAF I figured I'd use it as a tool to show people what is sounds like if they don't know. The first one was just a mild bark at 1700RPM. I only had about 8LBS of boost that time. The second louder one I was just under 1500RPM and I let off with ~15LBS of boost. That one is much louder as you can see.

Enjoy :-laf
