I was very pleased and suprised to find out that my 97 3500 pulled a max hp of 282. 8 hp. I averaged a 277 hp between two runs.

The only mods on my truck are the stock plate and afc housing slid all the way forward, star wheel adjusted, K&N RE-0880 filter with the pre-filter, and a straight exhaust.

Disclaimer: I can't positivly for certain absolutely say that nothing else had been done to the truck because I bought it used, but, When I worked on the pump there was no evidence that it had been tampered with. There was not paint missing anywhere on the pump.

WOW... those are some big number's . what kind of boost & egt number's are you seeing? sounds like it's had the pump worked over.

Can't tell because I haven't got the gauges yet. Be assured that it is the next thing to be done to the truck. I'm eager to know myself.
