Last week i loaded up the truck and travel trailer and went camping every thing could not have performed better i was impressed. After unloading every thing we went to HEB between 45mph and 60mph it felt like the trans was not locking up or holding like a serge of power was all she would do. I check the trans fluid it was good then checked for codes found a #p0122 & p1693

no computer or TDR so i parked the truck . Got to TDR and ran the codes then called the dealer they said that the p1693 could be the vp44 and the other was apps sensor. They said bring it in so took the super chip out and gave them the truck 6hr later the service guy calls and says all they got was the apps code the P0122 i asked what about the other P1693 It did not show up he said. They replaced the apps under warranty and said for me to bring it back next week to check over. When looking the truck over they found that my front ball joins where bad and i have a leaky seal in the front axle.

After all that would the super chip take or make the p1693 ?

The OBDII codes are posted in the 'Truck 911' forum. It seems most don't know this. I would like to the the moderators move it to the 'Engine and Transmission' forums. I think more people could find it and not have to wait for help.

That's my $0. 02. ... . Come to think of it, that ought to be worth a dime!
