My head lights...

Has anyone noticed the plastic lens on their headlights deteriorating?
Mine look like a clearcoat is flaking off.

i have an 06 and the clear plastic covering is starting to get cloudy. the sun in so. fla. does a number on any thing plastic. i took it back to the dealer and they said it's not covered under warranty. there is a kit that cleans up the plastic. most auto parts have it. i don't know the name of the kit.
